# Fair Usage Policy

To ensure a smooth and equitable experience for all users, CodeMate enforces a Fair Usage Policy. Our AI tools are powerful, and we encourage extensive use—but within reasonable limits. Excessive or abusive usage that impacts system performance or hinders access for others is not permitted. This includes overloading our services with automated requests, circumventing limits, or using the platform for non-developmental purposes. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and take necessary action, including throttling or suspension, to maintain service quality for everyone
